Pedometer

By Frederik Drost

A pedometer is a simple device used to measure the number of steps someone takes while walking or running. It is usually a small, lightweight, battery-powered device that attaches to a waistband or belt. It is often used by people who are trying to increase their physical activity level or to track the amount of walking or physical activity they do on a regular basis. The pedometer can also be used to track goals such as the number of steps taken in a day or the number of miles walked in a given time period.
