Case Thickness

By Frederik Drost

Case Thickness refers to the height of a watch case from the top of the crystal to the back of the case. It is usually measured in millimeters and can range from a few millimeters for a slim dress watch to several millimeters for a more substantial dive watch. Case thickness is an important factor to consider when purchasing a watch as it affects the overall look and feel of the watch on the wrist.
